  • step 3 Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (if necessary)
  • step 4 Follow-up detailed conference meeting via telephone call, Skype, Facebook Video, Google Hangout, WhatsApp, etc.
  • step 5 Produce high-level requirements and product scope, approach and payment plan
  • step 6 Agree approach, terms of reference and payment plan
  • step 7 Product development – iterative, progressively elaborated activity:
    • Research activities:
      • Review client material
      • Research online and intranet publications
      • Hold client interviews via telephone call, Skype, Facebook Video, Google Hangout
      • Libraries and Research Databases
    • Share and review product
    • Confirm direction
    • Review/reset expectations
    • Part payment
    • Implement changes / next steps
